That is a sucky way to feel. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Do you want to talk about it?
(((Hugs))) I hear you. I’ve been much the same this week.
“Sick and tired of being sick and tired,” as they say around Alcoholics Anonymous. I know this much: All that stuff was a product of something else they bandy about in AA: “Stinking thinking.” Critical Thinking courses, REBT and CBT did me a world of good in that respect.
Very depressing… But that seems to cover everything.
interesting photo
And it’s from a Papa Roach song. “Sick and tired of being sick and tired”. He probably got it from AA though as I think he was an alcoholic and had probably been forced to AA before he got famous.
Pretty sure you’re right. PR’s only been around a few years. I first heard the “S&TobS&T” thing in AA 38 years ago.
@cj9556 thanks for the open ear, I’m not sure I have much to say beyond that. I don’t know what’s causing this mood, nothing dramatic happened lately, I just have been feeling that and the photo pretty much described it all. I just wish I knew how to shake the feeling…If I knew what caused it I could tackle that problem…but the problem is I don’t know what the problem is this time around.
And @Dreamscape thanks for the hugs, and everyone else, for the comments at least I’m not the only one feeling this way. I’m sorry for those of you also feeling this way, I wish there was an easy way to fight this.
