I do like a decent peanut but sugar coated nuts are the bomb!
We do two days at my Sisters. She has the house and the pool so in summer xmas it’s great. Get loaded and swim in the evening is devine! Until the kids fight and everyone gets kicked out of the pool!
On boxing day. Yes we have another holiday after xmas she has the extended family around. Drink more and great company and watch the start of the boxing day test! ( Cricket ).

I’ve got chocolate and toffee popcorn, just finished off 2 lbs. of smoked almonds in five days…couldn’t stop…next is smoked cheddar cheese and summer sausage crackers…that is when I’m allowed to eat it…she likes to savor holding on to food when it’s really good.

I looked it up online and it says that it’s an American saying most likely started when America was suffering from the Great Depression…Sorry to argue with you. Please stay my friend…@shutterbug Do Canadians say it alot? I do have Canadian family, so I have a special fondness for Canada. Some of the best tv shows are Canadian.

I’m two pieces away from creating my time displacement unit and then I will be able to say with absolute certainty that the phrase is Canadian in origin.
Just have to remember not to step on a damned butterfly this time.

The kids and I have made cookies! The easiest recipe I know is to bake chocolate chip cookies in a mini cupcake pan. When you pull them out, push in mini reese’s peanut butter cups. Delicious.
