Anyone here have any experience with this program? Looks like I can do quite a few of these moves in spite of current cardiac limitations.


Cool. I neglect my body pretty badly, maybe it’s time for some regular maintenance. This seems like a good place to start.

All you’ll lose is $40 CAD so it’s probably worth a look. I’ve invested more for my health with a fitness tracker by a considerable margin.

Saying that. It is what it is. It may help a cross section of the community which means it may not necessarily help you. That is what you need to consider!


I’dunno about erasing pain, but i foam roll. It feels amazing, cheaper than a massage. I wish i had a lacrosse ball to really get in.
