The recommendation to work with your doctor(s) is so important. I think his is where many of us really screw up, when we do stuff without their knowledge and then they have to try to reassemble us without complete or correct information.
Oh, yeah. A few times I stopped the meds without telling the treatment team. They were not amused when I was subsequently psychotic, and they wondered why.
