I have a threatening voice that said he was going to kill me. This voice I know personally. It’s my cousin who said he was going to kill me. It got me to the point I bought a bullet proof vest. But don’t have the armor for it. He’s known to own guns in the past and has one. Should I be scared? Either way these voices are annoying

Voices can’t hurt you. They’re not real, your brain made them up.
