Off depakote I do get really insane mood swings. It’s like I’ll be totally happy and fine and 2 seconds later I want to die and then I’ll be pissed off and then fine again it’s really exhausting. But depakote took this away completely.

I was completely like that before my doctor put me on perphenazine and mood stabilizer.

Oh is that a thing? Maybe I do have bipolar type sza then, I always disagreed with my doctor on that because I never get manic. I always thought my mood swings were caused by my ptsd.
If you were having mixed states it wouldn’t feel manic

Yes I get hectic mood swings
Recently I had a mixed hypomania states then crashed into depression
My depression lasts much longer than my hypomania
I swing a lot between normal mood and depression and irritable mood

When I was in prodromal phase I had extreme mood swings
its sound awful, and it is. like yesterday, i was happy as a cloud and today i cent get out of my bed. like somone take oll my life energy.
and i hate the paranoic stat that i thing that my famely is ageinst me…im really on the edgh for starting meds. and it frightened me because i have a beautiful little baby that only i see her and know when she needs me or cry and if i will take meds maybe i will be blind to her like everyone on this planet and its scary
The same thing happened to me except the yelling and screaming was caused by stress of being homeless. So now my diagnosed sza depression and take a anti psychotic and an antidepressant so my moods are pretty even. Glad to hear you are feeling even moods as well.
