Not feeling so well right now. I feel weird, like my head is going to explode from all my thoughts. I have been isolating because I don’t feel like interacting with anyone. I’m paranoid, I feel eyes everywhere and they are staring at me, judging me and wanting to punish me for my innumerable sins. I never really realized how everything repeats like a circle, a cycle that never ends. It’s kind of nerve wrecking to know almost every phase of my life has cycled through the same emotions and regret, all the same, nothing changed but the decaying of things around me. Living is weird. Anyway I’m done rambling.

That’s what I don’t like with injections you sometimes get symptom before next shot

It gets annoying after a while, but I guess I can tank through it.
How long you been on the innection
Some years now, it really helped me out.
That’s good I use to be on fluonxol injection had a lot of anxiety on that bit worked for two and a half years

If this happens regularly could you ask your doctor for a PRN to get you over the tough period of when the injection is due?

Thats, good! I think I heard of that shot, is it an old anti-psychotic?
@everhopeful I think it would be good to ask, they used to have me on haldol, worked great for me! Might ask them to consider it again. Hmmmm… Good point.

It’s an old first generation antipsychotic not used in many parts of world. Doesn’t cause any weight gain. They use it alot here. Can cause alot of akinesthesia though

Yeah, I think I was on prolixin back in 2019 for a while. It does, very annoying side effect.
Have you been on risperidone consta thinking of trying it when generics come out currently on 2.5mg risperidond

I have been on the pill version of it, it helped. But the dr said olanzapine is more potent. So they put me on it instead.
i don’t get symptoms before my depot runs out but i’m also on clozapine so it’s hard to say what it would be like with only the risperdal consta…

the combo of risperdal consta 50mg shot and 200mg clozapine is working great for me. Nearly all my positive symptoms are gone.
why did you go off of clozapine?

Ohhh, sounds like a nice combo. They currently have me on an invega shot and 15 mg of olanzapine. It helps. That’s great. How are your negative symptoms? I went of clozapine because I got an allergic reaction to it : /, plus I just slept more than I do now .
i got some negative symptoms yea… like i have a hard time concentrating and my motivation is not that great… but i am doing ok even with those symptoms.

Thats great! I have those too, they suck. I’m glad your doing well! My shot is tomorrow plus a doc visit so I’m gonna have a busy day. Lol
