Thinking of finally doing yoga again

because of certain physical flaws like my spastic muscle in my left upper abdomen and my bad back…I think I should get out the yoga mat and do some salutations to the sun again…and push ups…

Can you afford a physiotherapist? I’d talk to a doctor about the muscle issue before trying yoga poses. Some of them are not as safe as yoga teachers like to believe.

@jukebox I would take a Hatha yoga class, with a good teacher, that emphasizes body alignment to stay safe.
