I feel great, and am having a good Easter weekend. I could go on even a bit longer, but I don’t need to, lol!

I keep leaving my guitar at home when I go see my family because my index finger wasn’t still working but hurting when I play, but my nephew gets so depressed when he sees I didn’t bring my guitar…from now on I’m getting my groove back too…don’t want to let anyone down.

Yeah, @jukebox, I think on Wednesday after lunch, I’m going to take my Seagull to Long & McQuade to mainly get the strings changed. I’m itching to both do some more voice memos and take it to music therapy.

Started with a bad low Friday and Saturday , Sunday today just recovering from whatever and i feel okay now think im going to stop taking benzos from now as they set me up for low moods following days
