Last week I had a wax build up in my right ear. I put drops in and after 4 days all was well.
Fast forward to now and my ear hurts and is a bit red. Might need to see a doctor?

I would see a doctor. One time I ignored an ear infection and it got so bad that it hurt to move my jaw. Like, I could barely eat soup I was in so much pain
