at work people are starting to get nice and friendly. it sure beats the hostility that was going on at my job beforehand.
honestly – I think it is the cancer diagnosis they know about. when they hear of sz it makes people hostile sometimes but cancer is a badge of honor…
I hate to be so sarcastic but that’s the way it is.

Yes, unfortunately. That really bothers me.
I’m really happy for you. But I’m sorry what it took in order for people to start seeing the real you. It is easier for people to dismiss others than try to understand them. And having the Sz label makes it extremely easy for people.
