Yeah. I had fruit n fibre which has raisins and banana in it. Is funny how much you appreciate that when you cut sugar out your diet.

I eat too much carbs though. Stuff like whole meal bread and whole grain rice but carbs all the same.

It’s easily done though because carbs are so cheap! Tbh I think rice is a lot better than bread because it’s more natural.
