i’m trying my best but its all getting too much there is so much going on right now
What’s the matter?
sorry to hear that. youtube treacher collins syndrome juliana wetmore or brain cancer surgery. no matter where you are standing someones always got it worse off and watching people with these issues helped me to feel the emotion of appreciation/gratefulness, which is hard for me to feel because schizophrenia is a pretty serious disease in itself to be dealt.
i don’t think i can cope with everything that is happening
Hello Daydreamer
Can you elaborate on whats happening.
powessy
I have felt that way so many times over so many things but in the end we carry on. Time moves on and bad times pass. It’s not easy but it’s the nature of life, we overcome adversity, we survive. Eventually those bad times will be just a fading memory.
sorry my head is all over the place at the moment music isn’t helping much and i can’t sleep,
worried about everything like the referendum and my health and my mums dog, my head is barely keeping it together, i think our countries are expecting a terror attack as well, i am just really wound up
Don’t worry about referendum and terror attacks, there are enough number of good people working for your country and taking responsibility for it. You just need to worry about your health and maybe your mom’s dog. But worry doesn’t help anything but good sleep does! So just stop worrying and do what you should do.
See if writing it down helps also a walk as it’s helpful to sort our minds out. Would also depend how your anxiety is about getting out the door. A shower or bath can help and the phone counselling lines are a great place to vent as well. Hope it clears soon.
I think just relax and face everything responsibly, even though it is tough, just remember tough moments and bad day will always pass, have faith in yourself
When does your course start?
Sorry I wasn’t on this post yesterday. I hope you were able to have a good nights sleep and feel better today.
I hope you were able to call a friend and find some time to decompress.
Good luck and I’m rooting for you to feel better.
**I bet you are feeling better by now.
It`s so easy to get overwhelmed these days.
It might help to get a cd with some soothing nature sounds. I love listening to rainstorms. My cats like to listen to bamboo waterfall …all kinds of windchimes and sounds of creeks and brooks OO **
Take your meds if you are on them, also take a couple melatonin before bed and try to go to sleep. Lack of sleep only makes psychosis worse, I have been there and done that. I got a medal, actually.
