1 week can still be a long time. When I was counting the days until I could leave the last days were the worst. I wanted out so badly. I can’t believe I was in there for months before.

I’ve been in for more than half of the time (in many episodes) since the end of 2009 when I had my first psychosis. It was difficult back when I suffered from anxiety, but now it’s a minor problem. I just take a day at a time; if I didn’t I would get impatient not just in-patient.
