the river is so full the city s drainage system will not pump it in to the river fast enough to keep the city form flooding this is my place next to the road if we have more rain today i will be forest to leave tell it receeds .

Do you have a safe evacuation route if it comes to that? Stay safe and don’t wait until the last minute to go to higher ground. When in doubt, get out.
