I was in a relationship with a girl who’d fly off the handle. I am a very calm person especially on zyprexa but it always did my head in! Slamming doors and throwing shite around our unit was never good.

Not worth it getting wound up about stuff. Deal with it with respect to others!

Kicking an empty plastic water bottle- those huge ones that go on top of the water cooler- across the room is the loudest fun one can have without hurting anyone, or property.
