I am done trying to be a people pleaser… I guess i am who i am whether people like me or not it’s none of my business…
Now that thought process of mine really surprises me I do not remember me thinking like that before.

I always learned that there are 1/3 of people that like you. 1/3 that are indifferent and 1/3 that dislike you no matter what you do. So you can do yourself a favor and just be yourself.

You can’t please everyone, its impossible. There will always be ppl who are jealous of you or hate you. Its nature. For me I would say 10-15% of ppl hate me.

Take out the IV of approval seeking. It doesn’t help you check off the big boxes in life anyways, most of it is just minutiae.

Very true OP. And I have also learned that once people make their mind up about you it’s pretty pointless to try to change it.
