There is this mean looking guy outside, and I think he is running me down. I think he is claiming to be working in the interests of the community, but I think he has other motives.
He might be trying to restart a “CAFO” - Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation. Those things do bring in a lot of money, but they also poison the watershed. Or he could be a factory owner trying to drive the American citizens off his assembly line so he can say he has to hire illegal immigrants at a much lower wage because they are the only people willing to work. I’ve seen it before.
