i m taking to ppl they say from different intelligence agencies
they interrogate me !!! and threaten me so much
and told me you should become transgendered which drive me crazy and afterthat i was thinking to suicide or buy gun and defend myself
may be it is relapse! very intense relapse this time !!!

It sounds like you’re dealing with some really tough symptoms now. I hope you’re new doctor is a good fit for you.
You can even tell them you’re nervous meet them because of everything that’s going on. I would actually suggest doing so. My doctors will be more understanding and kind to you, if you tell them what feelings you’re really working with.
