Theory: Ways to know what's You

A simple rule: Observe your actions or words, etc. for two values-- what’s the quantity and what’s the quality.

The theory is using simple rule to understand your ‘mind’ and ‘heart’ in a fraction of minutes. Mind often has to do with quantity, e.g. how far, how long, how many. Meanwhile heart often has to do with quality, e.g. How good, how soft, how strong.
