I have my normal voices(mainly just at night), but I also hear words in the cars driving by and the airplanes and the trains. Noisy world out there and it speaks to me. It doesn’t really bother me at all now aside from knowing it shouldn’t be that way.
On another note…
The telepathic messages I get. There were moments where a telepathic message would start and then just transform into one of my normal voices. Like its a trick they’ve been playing all along. Did a lot to discredit the idea that it is actual people making these.
It’s been a good day.
While things might be bad for us in general, know that the worst of it will always pass. You can fight to get better. Relax, disbelieve, be positive. Try and enjoy the ride. You are loved.
If you need to talk about you’re experiences this is the perfect place.
Mainly telepathic for me lately. Occasionally I’ll hear criticizing voices that I think are coming from outside.
The worst in full blown psychosis I’ve heard weren’t so much voices but gunfire and screaming.
I remember vividly moving out of my dad’s apartment and into my own. I lived alone for a long time. It was a great relief to get away from him (he was bipolar). I really enjoyed living on my own. Now I am married and spend a lot of time with her. I hope you enjoy your new place!!
Yeah man. It’ll give me more to do just managing the place. Opens the door for having people over and maybe getting a lady friend.
Almost phased out the psychosis entirely today. Got into a few situations which triggered it. But was able to quell it. Luckily the brain just gets tired of thinking about things. The entire world would tell me it’s not real… Still isn’t enough evidence at times. Gonna work on perfecting my stability over the next week gotta be able to handle it. Voices are still present at times but they don’t psych me.
I hate it when I hear voices in mechanical things… or water sloshing around in the dish washer. There is a definite mummer in there. It sort of unsettles me all the time.
congratulations on being able to find some peace of mind. Very cool.
