In Australia we say ā€œzedā€ instead of ā€œzeeā€ so I read it as ess zed

My mental illness is a central fact of my life. Iā€™ve been hospitalized so many times there is no way I could argue I am not ill, though sometimes I think I just might be able to make it without medā€™s. However, the best survival defense I have is a level head. It never has worked when I tried to make it without my medā€™s.
