been sleeping till like 3pm and cant seem to go to sleep at night, 7am here, i feel like going for a run lol , feeling the hypomania creep up. it seems to happen when i cant get to sleep at a normal time.
i find the change of season from summer to fall - shorter days totally messes with my sleep patterns.
Maybe try some vitamin D?

Have you tried melatonin? This medication helps restore one’s circadian rhythm (sleep cycle).
yes melatonin has a strange effect on me, even if i take 1mg i end up hypomanic and agitated. ive tried the 5mg and just the 1mg.
Exercise may help, but the time of day is important. You may want to try exercising between 2:00 PM-4:00 PM (if you want to go to bed between 10:00 PM-12:00 AM).
