Getting ready for state inspection this summer and I always hate it but it’s a got to. Anyway, the being disturbed part is done and all that’s left to do now, is put everything back in place. Even the closet got a coat of paint. I don’t like being kicked out of my own room but it was necessary. Looking through all my belongings, I think I’ll be taking a bunch of stuff that I haven’t used off to Goodwill.

Even Eyln Saks says that change to her routine is a trigger for her. And she’s a professor. With schizophrenia.
