The role of the good sleep

i slept very well last night and it made a big difference. My mind was very clear in this morning. A day before my sleep was poor and in the following day there were more frequent paranoid voices. I started sleeping early last night and slept at least 10 hours and woke up with this very clear mind. My thoughts were much more organized. Do you get this too, after sleeping poorly voices become more frequent?

no not usually. it doesn’t seem to matter ho much sleep i get tbh. sometimes they r infrequent, sometimes omnipresent. nothing i do seems to affect that. glad ur ok though. xxx
