#mentalhealth A lot of the problem is that psych services glaringly fails to take an holistic and intelligent approach whereby mental health professionals really get to know the people they are supposed to be helping. If it did it would realise that my problems aren’t just psychiatric in nature but also involve autistic(traits)/dyspraxia/non verbal learning disorder/learning difficulties all of which impact on how I cope with life.

I totally agree, that’s why I went with a nurse practitioner.
