I need to unleash it but I don’t know how
Sometimes I write down what’s bothering me, small keywords, on pieces of paper and then light them on fire. Somehow watching my problems slowly burn away helps me feel a sense of relief.
Could that be an outlet?

Hey I hope you’re alright. It may just be the pressure in your eyes from stress a headache or from frowning a lot. You should maybe try helping someone out with something like cleaning the house or listening to someone tell you about their day. That might put you in a better mood and make you feel better. It’ll distract you from life’s problems at any rate
