what would be a small 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, is magically transformed into a 2 bedroom 1 bath place, with the help of a fold out couch. for when mom and dad visit.

i got my eye on a place. its cheap 33k. im 13k short to buy the condo, and would need my own vehicle. so really im 20k short.
it will be long gone, in the 2 years it takes me to come up with the money.
its close to a university, so im hoping university students or their parents are always buying and selling them every 4 years. i just checked it now, and the sale is pending, it was on the market 3 days. it’s got a community pool as well for the summer.
more motivation to get a job.
and there are lots of affordable small houses in the neighborhood also. but i’d rather have a condo i think, less maintenence, i don’t want a yard and what not. this place the HOA fees were affordable $86 a month.

Hell, I don’t need a big house, I would be satisfied just to be trailer trash.

well funny you say that, because i was content to be trailer trash for the first couple years i lived here, but now i want a nicer place, it’s got a nice yard though and it’s not in a park so no monthly lot rent. and low taxes.
