I talked to a lawyer today about the misstated health question on my life insurance application. I pre-planned my cremation, and the Prearrangement Councilor at the funeral home filled-out all the paperwork and e-signed for me.
The lawyer said it probably won’t matter as I paid the policy in full, but to write the insurance company a letter and tell them about it. I did, and am waiting for their reply. The health questions only apply if you are making monthly premium payments.
