So earlier I posted a question regarding how we are supposed to spend our time. I was thinking comparing now to the past, the internet and computers are a huge resource. I post on forums, go to chat rooms, play games, and watch documentaries. How can we use the internet to better our condition and ourselves? What activities would you or should you consider doing online?

The internet is a good resource to find out more about mental illness, medication side effects, and coping strategies.
