You need vitamin c as a cofactor with choline to produce acetylcholine.

Why isn’t there sz meds that treat low choline if it really helps then?

I can’t say definitively that choline helps with sz, but if you want to test it out you need to supplement vitamin c with choline, to have the acetylcholine cofactors.
