The Gray Man That Lives At The Top Of The Stairs

I stayed at my parent’s house to watch their dogs while they were on vacation. For some reason I get very nervous when I am alone in their house. I can’t seem to sleep in the guest bedroom, instead I sleep on the couch in their living room. While I don’t hallucinate a lot, I can when I get nervous.

I saw the gray man who visits me sometimes sitting at the top of their stairs. I couldn’t sleep while he was there. I was afraid. Until my parent’s came home yesterday, I only slept a few hours a night for the past 8 days. I’m exhausted. I thought the Risperdal would help with this; it hasn’t.

If you get hallucinations, do they ever happen more when you are under stress? Does anything help?

mine gets worse when i am stressed and nervous
