Just like 25-30 seconds of jump rope and walking today.
I did like two sets of a dumbbell exercise last night but… Yeah I’m not training as hard as I used to. I think my body is intuitively taking it lightly since I’m not on any psych medications lately.
When I was on APs I’d be doing like 6 different dumbbell sets, now I’m lucky to get two. Cardio, I’d do like 3-6 different HIIT cardio exercises to failure now it’s one minimal effort, etc.
Got the idea that I’m gonna jump rope everyday for a week. Rest days included of course. Will post times. Today was around 25 seconds. Will use a real timer tomorrow.
Today I felt it in my cns. I ended up pale and with an upset stomach.
Deadlift: 80kgx 9,7,7 (10%off each set)
Leg press: 110kg 12,12,10 (failure, was intending 14 reps)
Lat pulldown: 55kg 12,12,14
Leg curl: 50kg 12,8,6 (failure, this one is tough to add weight to)
Machine row: 50kg 12,12,8 (failure)
Leg ext: 55kg 12,12,14
I have no energy at all off my medications lately but I did get a clip of something the other day. Honestly I had more fun edditting the clip than the workout itself lol.
Yesterday was a rest day and not sure yet what I’m doing.
