its crazy here in Ireland, wages that is…a psychiatrist in th epublic sector gets paid €220k a year but psychiatric nurses starting wage is 21k…that is criminal…psychiatric nurses should be paid a lot more and pdocs should be paid a lot lot less…its criminal

Here a psychiatrist in the public sector earns nearly 48 000 euros a year
a nurse 20 000 euros a year
both at the beginnig

I quite agree, psychiatric nurses, like all nurses, are extremely underpaid in this country. (I’m a Scot living in England)

I think nurses in the NHS are underpaid, but I wouldn’t say the doctors are overpaid

(in the UK)
