The car was trapped this morning and my sister had to walk to work. The people sent out a man to come fix it and he got it open then went inside and shut it and got trapped in there for a little while. I thought what am I going to do to get this guy out? But luckily he overrode it and opened it manually and got out and I got the car out. They will fix the thing on Monday. We will park in our spot until then.

This happens to me sometimes. There’s a manual override lever at the top on the chain, in case you ever have to do it on your own.
