I thought that maybe we could come up with some answers by sharing our reasons, I wanted to see if we had similar reasons, nothing bad x
Oh okay. I had a rough day at work so I got a bit paranoid, lol.
It’s OK, I ask alot of questions on here, some for fun and others just trying to work things out, if I was asked why I think I would say ‘for the greater good’ or something like that.
I think everybody has to have a reason why otherwise what’s the point, like why should we suffer for no reason? I like to think everybody should be trying to work out what’s happening to them and there should be reasons it’s just trying to work out the reasons I think.

I have COPD and when I get short of breath I have found myself asking WHY? But I’ve learned that it is better to ask, “What am I gonna do about it?”

That’s a very good answer @Twang but like sz, I think it’s important to ask why so we have better insight into our mental illness as I think it leads to a better prognosis
@mortimermouse Imo that answer is a cop out unless you would like to explain it, I’ve heard that answer before and I have thought about it and it sounds like it means something but it would be better to know exactly what it means.
I think you’re on to something. There’s gotta be a reason 75% of the words out of kid’s mouths is ‘why?’
I wish more adults kept that mentality. Questioning everything is good for the soul… most times.

Keep hearing that same answer but what does it mean? It doesn’t make sense, it’s just the opposite of what I asked, I need someone to explain
