The best thing I can do for myself today?

It is to get out for a 30 minutes walk. What do you need to do most but don’t do it even though you know you need it?

I cleaned my apartment early in the week. That was second.

I need to eat fewer calories but haven’t been lately. I need to do that.

But just before my surgery I deep cleaned the whole house so that’s good.

I did 11,000 steps today. Very happy with that.

Something I needed to do.

It’s great weather for late Oktober. Today it was 21C.

Today my productivity at work was normal up until noon, then it went to sh1te.

So the best thing I could do for myself was to take a not-so-well-deserved break and I don’t feel guilty about it. It’s the first time this happens in more than 3 months anyway. I hope to make up for it tomorrow.
