Hi boeing

i tried Glycine, Sarcosine but not N-Acetyl Cysteine yet

there’s a product ProFrontal that has those 2 together

http://www.profrontal.com good luck but consult psychiatrist these are potent medicines even natural
they reversed some of the brain damage i acquired from meds

I’ve tried most and I find sarcosine and theanine to be the strongest. But theanine has overall the most positive effects and the longest lasting effects if you ask me.

Hi.

There is info that theanine is helpful only for positive symptoms. Do you mean that?

No, it works for a lot of things like disorganized thinking, odd behavior and so on. The NMDA receptor is extremely complex and seems to interact with most if not all the major neurotransmitters
