It looks like α7 nAChRs is related to one of the usual suspects! The link shows that α7 nAChR is related to GlyT-1 (another target of recent research). Receptors with opposing functions are in postsynaptic microdomains under one presynaptic terminal - PubMed

The link/paper is very hard to read but I think “Ganglionic synaptic transmission mediated by nAChRs was attenuated by glycine” is the meat of the paper.
