I look at them, but would need help to make them. I post them on the basis that there are people here who are much better cooks than I am.
My cooking is hit and miss. I just messed up some scallop potatoes yesterday. I’m eating them tho. I ain’t gonna waste ‘em. Sorry bout the hillbilly vernacular
My favourite vegetable dish:
Two red peppers sprinkled with olive oil, and with a piece of garlic and fresh thyme inside them.
Bake them in the oven for 1.5 hour until they are soft, and partly black.
Blend the peppers, including thyme and garlic.
Pour them over a good pasta and put grated parmesan on top of it.
