You can never go wrong by working on your health today instead of tomorrow. Well done, you.
I appreciate the words of encouragement. I too, hope you have reached your fitness goals.
I’m working on it. Have lost over 25 lbs since October 1. Just over 95 lbs since Xmas of 2020. 65 lbs to go.
7km/h straight; however I ran just over an hour and stopped because I was feeling a bit dizzy. A good run nevertheless.
No walking or playing Oculus for me today. Was too busy at work for lunch or breaks.
The difference between this walk and the last walk is the calories burned, average heart rate and my weight.
7km/h straight. Broke the 136kg barrier by just a hair bit. Hopefully more lower weight records to come as I believe I have passed by muscle gain to fat loss equilibrium. 3 weeks of weight plateau where I couldn’t break 136kg.
Man, you’re doing a great job @yinynag. I take my hat off to you!
Not feeling particularly motivated. Kind of sleepy from ingesting 2x50=100 Seroquel pills last night. Also, my knees hurt a bit. But anyways, here’s my treadmill photo.
11 days until 2022-01-01. I currently weigh in at:
I gained 3.8kg because I didn’t do my aerobic exercise (aka walking/running) for the past week. My short-term goal is to weigh 134.8kg by 2021-12-31 or in other words lose 4kg. I Hope I can achieve this goal. Maybe this goal is too ambitious.
I will post my cardio-treadmill exercise later today.
I did a 10K walk outside today. 12,000 steps. It was cold, but sunny. I like going for walks.
My average heart rate is higher than the statistical mean of all my 10km, 2-hour walks. This is not a good sign of a physically conditioned heart as my avg. bpm should be 108bpm. Well, got to keep on exercising and lower that bpm.
A loss of 2kg which is a positive sign.
7 days until New Year’s. 10km in under 100 minutes. Heart rate is much better than the last treadmill session. However, my weight has gone up eating ham, eggs & protein shakes to recuperate my thighs in the last 2 days.
5 days until New Year’s. I cut my run short to 42 minutes and some odd seconds because I reached 5km. Also, my heart rate was going to be dangerously in the red zone more longer than the yellow zone.
Still gaining weight due to me eating some unhealthy foods. But hey, I need a cheat day too.
