Constipation sucks! I only realised today I hadn’t been for about 3 days. Strained so much I was fearful of a heart attack!

I hope you can get some fiber in your diet. Broccoli… a veggie burger… berries… usually help me.

I hope you get back to normal soon.

Legumes help. For me lentils does the trick :smile:

Prunes are also good.

I can’t stand lentils but don’t mind prunes.

Actually, proteins are among the most difficult foods to digest.

Normal for me is to be slightly irregular ie I might go about 4-5 x a week. Sometimes it’s 3-4 days. I don’t have much fruit,veg, and fibre nowadays but even when I did(when my wife was alive and in charge of the shopping) I still experienced significant constipation.

I was pretty much solidified for months. I ate3 bite-size prunes a day things began to loosen up. Continue that + it will happen. Sorry about language - an uncomfortable subject for me.
