Has been hitting me bad the last couple of days.

Anything worth noting that could have triggered or could be fueling these feelings?
Like a change in daily routine, a movie you saw, a discussion you had, a book you read, a dream you had etc… ?

Nothing major. Been worrying a little over the planned ASD(autism) assessment.
