Thanksgiving 🦃

It is Canadian Thanksgiving and i am excited to be invited at a friend’s house :house_with_garden:

She makes delicious food :shallow_pan_of_food:

I will bake a pumpkin cake tomorrow and take it with me on Sunday plus a bottle of honey :honey_pot: wine.

I am doing better. I guess I should get used to this and strive to be better organized and careful about medication and food so i don’t get sick a lot.

I am seeing my doc on Thursday so I hope he will recommend something for anxiety.

Tonight I am going to eat out and do some Halloween shopping. I feel good

I also notice when I take Omega 3 + calcium magnesium vitamid d and zinc, I feel so much better immediately

It says 5 mcg

:upside_down_face:

Yes I just started vitamin D under my doctors recommendation and I no longer feel as much nausea or headache. Today I performed well at volunteer work and didn’t have the usual flare ups. It made a big difference for me. I recommend others to check if they’re missing anything and get their nutrition sorted out.

If my math is right, I would take it to at least 50 mcg or even 125. That’s like 2000 to 5000 IU which is closer to a healthy dose. Especially for people who are deficient. Even if your not deficient, it’s good stuff.

I think it’s funny y’all have to call it Canadian Thanksgiving. Do y’all celebrate American thanksgiving as well though?
