Hope you can get some stability. We have something similar happening with low income housing here. Landlords keep raising it and the public assistance won’t pay the increased prices. Getting hard all over the world.

Are you on means tested benefits? Because if you don’t declare savings they get real, real angry. If you have declared them please disregard this message

I inherited a house last year and the value went up 10K. If I were you I would buy the house and take a loan out via your mortgage. Get both.
