I remember when I was in my psychosis, that I would have conversations with my shadow. Anyone else experience this? I would stare at my shadow a lot too. Like there was another world in there.

it happened to me.yeah.thinking about the was a past was a problem for me.so i lived in my shadow for a while.i get that still from time to time but yeah.dont stress your self.take it easy.think of nice things like me
