I always wondered what’s going on when I hear myself thinking. Now I have the answer ‘Inner speech’. Thanks for sharing this informative article.

It took me a long time to figure the difference between inner speech and inner dialogue and what was happening when my head circus amps up.

It blew me away to learn that lots of people have an inner speech and that is perfectly healthy.

Back in 1999 my mind got messed up completely in New Mexico and I felt that I had lost all my energies, but then I received the inner voice telling me that ‘all computers are shut down and the little CIA Cheryl was implanted in my mind’ This may explain why I sometimes hear female voices in my mind.
