They just had a special on TV about talking about mental heath issues, again another show with nothing about Schizophrenia, probably by design. Guess its not worth talking about 
One thing they did say that caught my attention was
No one has to learn to live in my world, I have to learn to live in everyone else’s, through therapy and medications
Kinda of sounds to be true to me
They never talk about sz. In the uk apparently loads of money is getting invested in mental health care. And guess what - all the new mentioned was talking therapies for anxiety and depression.
The show was all OCD, depression and anxiety, not a single mention of schizophrenia
Those illnesses are more widespread than schizophrenia, so they were right in their attitude.
I don’t think so, the stigma with schizophrenia is much harder to break through the barriers.
I like this quote but I also think (minus the medications and therapy) it’s something everyone can relate to.
Maybe we need to make our own TV show about schizophrenia. @Mountainman you have the perfect costume for anonymity!
