Taking prn in the evening

Is it safe to take prn for the afternoon in the evening. Am taking clonazepam 0.5mg.

Yea. Are you only prescribed it once a day?

I have to take it once a day at the moment with abilify. The effect is wearing off, as you build up a tolerance to it.

I take Klonopin, 0.5mg everyday - I told my pdoc about tolerance, she told me that the Klonopin could still be working, even though I am not feeling anything anymore.

Another thing, it can make you drowsy, so if you drive during the day, it might be a good idea to take it in the evenings. But prn basically means take when it’s best for you to take it.
