It’s dual diagnosed but focused more on substance abuse. There might be one person in the group with sz but most are depression and anxiety along with heroin and or alcohol addictions

People in my out patient group making fun of "crazy people"

Even the social worker…cracking jokes about this lady’s “crazy” neighbor. She was schizophrenic from what she described. Really frustrated me. I interrupted and said “can’t they get this lady some help”. Because apparently the police were involved…and I just got interrupted and ignored. Very frustrating.
